Getting in Shape

Well not new to this site, but definitely new to this board.

About Me: I'm 24 years old, and not the most active girl! I work at a job that requires me to sit on my butt all day and this is where my weight gain started. For the most part I'm happy with myself, but every now and then I get a little sad about how my body looks.

My Goals: I plan to lose 2 pounds a week until the day of the wedding. I lost 2 pounds last week just by altering my diet and I'm sure I can keep this up and more by adding in excersise.

After ripping the tiniest tear in my 1st fitting on Saturday I decided I've had enough. I need to do this for myself (and for my dress).

I'm looking forward to getting to know you ladies and hoping to stay motivated!
