Hi, I've been following the board for a little while, and this is my first post. I'm Gabriella, and my FI is Jason. We're tying the knot on 5/26/12

I really need to start working out more. I don't really need to lose weight, I just want to get toned. I always feel so drained, and my non-existent physical activity has really taken a toll on my mood as well.
TurboFire has a 5-day program called the "inferno plan" to get you started. Sounds kind of scary! The meals seem easy enough to prepare and sound like things I would actually be interested in eating (and won't cost a ton to buy the ingredients). I haven't checked out the workouts yet to see what they're like.
Has anyone ever done this program or know of someone who has? I have a real problem sticking to a workout if it's not fun...it ends up just feeling like a chore.
