Getting in Shape

help me make-over my arms! (a lil long)

ok girls, my arms used to be pretty toned and nice, and now, well -  they're not. i don't belong to a gym but i have a pretty sweet free weight collection, and bands. other than that, i don't have much equipment. what can i do to get my arms toned up?

right now i do this stuff:
  • bowties with a band (stand on band, pull arms up like you're making a bowtie with your forearms) - for shoulders
  • p90x rip-off, bicep curls that end with a shoulder press
  • delt raises (i believe - raise each arm in front and to the side)
  • tricep kick-backs, single arm
  • double-arm tricep lifts (forearms behind the head, lifting above the head)
  • pushups (sometimes)
any suggestions? thanks!! :]

  • I've found that tricep dips work better for me than tricep kick-backs.  Other than that, I would just suggest trying to consistently up your weights so that you are always pushing yourself.  But I can't really think of a muscle group that you aren't hitting.

  • I would do pushups every workout. That's what I've had the best luck with. I started the 100 pushups challenge that's on top of the getting in shape board.
