ok girls, my arms used to be pretty toned and nice, and now, well - they're not. i don't belong to a gym but i have a pretty sweet free weight collection, and bands. other than that, i don't have much equipment. what can i do to get my arms toned up?
right now i do this stuff:
- bowties with a band (stand on band, pull arms up like you're making a bowtie with your forearms) - for shoulders
- p90x rip-off, bicep curls that end with a shoulder press
- delt raises (i believe - raise each arm in front and to the side)
- tricep kick-backs, single arm
- double-arm tricep lifts (forearms behind the head, lifting above the head)
- pushups (sometimes)
