a co worker of mine recently started working out and has hired a trainer. we we usually eat lunch together and all she brings is grapes. me and my other co worker tried to explain the harm in this but she just wont listen. im afraid in a months time shes just going to go on a food binge and gain all the weight (plus more) back. she said her trainer looks into her food notebook and hasnt mentioned anything about her lack thereof lunch. its just frustrating. thanks for listening!
