  • Today is tough, I'm working from home and off routine.

    B: yogurt with flax seed (2)
    S: string cheese (2)
    L: salad, leftover meatballs (6)
    S: apple (1)
    D: tofu veggie stirfry with cous cous (5)

    E: 60 minute spin class

    Total: roughly 16 (but probably will be more)
    Target: 18

  • I've been trying to do WW on my own,  but I keep falling off track.  So yesterday, I signed up for WW Online...I figure if I'm actually paying for it, it will help keep me motivated because I don't waste my money.

    B: Cereal w/ milk (3) banana
    S: banana (2)
    L: goat cheese (2) 1/2 cup strawberries (0) salad (0) 1 tbsp. hummus (1) pretzels

  • Morning!  I need to get back to measuring everything.  I realized that I'm sort of eyeballing everything and after falling off the wagon, that's not a good idea. 

    B: PB Choc Banana smoothie (5)
    S: Homemade pickles (0)
    L: Pasta with chicken sausage and veggies (6)
    S: nectarine (1)
    D: blackened salmon (5)  Veggies (0)

    Total: 17
    Target: 21

    E: Plyometrics X-I really loved it, even though my legs are still a little jello-y

  • Hi! I'm new to this board, but not new to WW. I'm trying to lose 15 more pounds (I've lost 25 since 1/1/10) by my Oct. 23 wedding. I do WW online.

    Here's what I know of my day so far:

    B: Oat bran blueberry muffin from Southaven Farm mix (2), Yoplait fat free blueberry yogurt (2)
    L: Ham & cheese sandwich (Arnold sandwich thin, Hormel smoked ham, reduced fat provolone [3]), salad (romaine, 2 TB yogurt ranch dressing, 1/3 cup WW shredded cheddar cheese, 8 whole grain croutons, 1 TB ranch flavored almond accents [6])

    E: Step aerobics on the Wii and an arm Wii workout

    The rest of the day is TBD.

    I also use the Wii for my workouts!  I use EA Sports active for toning.  What do you use for aerobic step?  I just purchased a balance board riser and an old Kahy Smith DVD...she's tough!

    I have the EA Active more workouts. I use the balance board for the step, but I'm looking into getting the riser too.

  • Hi my name is Laura I live in Texas and am getting married June 11, 2011.  I am so glad to see other WW peeps here. I have a little under a year so I really need to get my butt moving.  I have started with a personal trainer but not eating really well.  I am a teacher and so ready for school to start so that I can get back into a schedule.  I look forward to having support and hope that I can give y'all support as well.  LETS DO IT!!!!
