am I being too hard on him
He didn't tell me he was missing it, he in fact told me he wasn't
He is a commercial diver and has missed every big moment, including all graduations.
So when it came to my big day and him walking me down the isle I figured he would make a work exception. He can take a job or not, and well he took one in Indonesia a month before my wedding and the dive is a month long, I told him be sure you will be back he assured me he will and well now he wont.
I plan to shun him for some time, I usually don't even mention when he can't make it to things, that is just the way our lives as been but it is his fatherly duty to walk me down that darn isle and tell me I look beautiful and now, now I get to have my husband-to-bes grandfather do it. Since I get over things too quickly I plan to actively ignore his calls for months and not tell him when I am pregnant, two wrongs don't make a right but him getting the its a girl notification in the mail would give me a feeling of an eye for an eye, am I being too harsh??
