Tuesday Accountability

Good morning!  although I skipped my workout to do so, I monogrammed my aisle runner last night and it looks fab!  Just thought I would share.....Laughing

B- quaker oatmeal square cereal with skim milk
S- grapes
L- pb and j on light wheat
S- nectarine
D- turkey tacos

E- yesterday's workout- back and triceps, HIIT

  • Morning all! Tried yoga last night for the first time in a while. I feel so inflexible now...

    B - 2 multigrain waffles w/ 1/2 tbsp natural PB & 1/2 tsp SF jelly
    S - clementine
    L - smores Luna bar (forgot to make my lunch last night)
    S - string cheese and maybe something else before the gym
    D - grilled chicken sandwich on sandwich thin with broccoli cheddar WW side
    S - TBD, either some Special K chocolatey delight or a Skinny cow treat

    E - 35 min walk on treadmill (8.0 incline, 4.5 speed), gym for 45 minutes after work, abs

  • I'm back from a long weekend and wish I had at least another day off.  I haven't managed to kick my cold yet and may have had a touch of heat stroke yesterday, so grocery shopping did not happen.  Today is up in the air food wise, and will be yet another rest day from the gym.

    B: 1.5 whole wheat english muffins w/ PB and lower sugar mixed berry jam.
    S: almonds and craisins
    L: TBD, likely salad bar
    S: almonds and craisins
    D: TBD

    E: rest day.  But at least an hour of house work!

    E- I'm feeling a 3 mile walk today!

  • Rain storms all day today, making me so sleepy! But at least my allergies are letting up a bit.
    B: oatmeal w/ blueberries, coffee & soy milk
    S: carrots & grapes
    L: turkey taco meat w/ pinto beans & dab of plain fage
    D: sushi night!

    E: making a conscious effort to get in 200 squats during work today. no go-karts yesterday, so will be going today before sushi :P

  • i'm so sore this morning.  serves me right for not working out for nearly 5 weeks.

    b - egg whites, wheat toast ( i need groceries)
    l - probably turkey on wheat and raw veggies
    d - leftovers from dinner last night (sinigang, shrimp, rice)
    s - 2 dove chocolate pieces

    e - cleaning the entire apt. (it's bad, guys).  L 1&2 of 30DS if there's time.

  • Morning!

    B - rice cake things with almond butter

    L - veggie burger with low fat cheese and cashews on a salad w/ ff dressing
    D - veggie sausage on whole wheat bun with honey mustard potato salad

    E - 3 mile run and kickball game. Still feel like crap!
