Newbie

Hi everyone, I'm Kathleen and I got engaged in November.I'm so excited to be planning my wedding, but also stressed out! In the past couple months I've gained about 10 pounds from the holidays and stress-eating. In the past I have always been a little on the chunky side, I seem to either be on a diet or eating everything in site. Im tired of being unhappy with my body so Im going back to the gym and trying to eat as healthy as I can. My plan is weight watchers and I went to the gym today to start a weight lifting program called German body comp. Im hoping to get some support and accountability from this board & I look forward to getting to know all of you :)
