Halloween Accountability (all)

Happy Halloween! Hope everyone has a safe day!

B- 1 egg, 2 egg whites, a little cheese
L- idk depends on when FI gets back from meeting
D- idk going out for FSIL birthday today. waiting to hear which restaurant so I can preplan.

I tricked FI yesterday. I made brownie but used applesauce instead of oil and egg beaters instead of an egg and he loved them! lol he refused to believe that they weren't full fat!

  • I had a very bad day yesterday due to attending a wedding.  Here goes for today, still not so great:

    B- 3 scrambled eggs and 1 piece of rye toast
    S-apple with PB
    L/D-  early dinner at my parents house- baked ziti and meatballs
    S- candy I'm sure :(  

    Tomorrow will be much better and easier for me!!!

  • Not really doing anything for Halloween tonight, and we live in an apartment with no trick or treaters, so I think I'm safe from candy!

    B-"jello" made with real cherry juice and gelatin (not jello mix)
    L- Leftover tomato mozzarella flatbread and green beans
    S- ??
    D- Butternut squash ravioli from Trader Joe's, and I'll make some sort of sauce for it
    S- Leftover homemade cheesecake from H's bday, oops

    E- 1 hour zumba class, 1.25 hour cardio interval class

  • Hey there! I'm new to the Accountability, but I just think it's such a great motivator for losing weight and getting healthy (something I've been slacking on lately). So I'm going to join in and see if this will help me with my own goals. =)
    I'm still attempting to get myself into healthy eating habits and today was definitely a failure already, but tomorrow's a new day!

    B- Nutrigrain Apples and Cinnamon bar
    L- Panda Express bowl: orange chicken and fried rice
    S- Banana
    D- Probably leftover grilled chicken breast and asparagus

    E- 30 minutes on elliptical, 30 crunches, 30 push-ups

    P.S. If anyone has any tips for motivation or healthy eating, please feel free to shout them out! I need all the help I can get.

  • B: Breakfast smoothie with hemp protein powder, chia seeds, super greens, almond milk, coconut water, frozen berries, and fresh spinach

    L: Probably chicken and some sort of green veggie to go with it. Maybe some quinoa as well.

    D: Split pea soup

    E: Cardio (45 minute intervals). Bikram yoga.
