So I'm doing Weight Watchers and it has worked! I've lost 10.5 pounds in 5 weeks and inches from walking 3.5 miles almost every night. Right now I weigh 196 and I want to get down to at least 170. My wedding is next June so I have 10+ months right now. I love walking but I feel like I need something else to amp up the weight loss. Any suggestions? I am about to join my local YMCA because it will be free since I'm a student at a university where I live. I thought about doing cycling classes? Suggestions please!!!
