Scared to diet

I am nervous about dieting because I have already purchased my dress and I am worried about losing to much.My wedding is in June and my dress comes in on May 14.  How do I figure out how many calories I need to maintain my current weight?

  • maybe just focus on getting healthier. dont limit your calories as much as changing the kind of food you are eating. your skin and hair will be healthier. you can also tone up, lose fat gain muscle and look better all around without changing your dress size.
