Hey all!
So I absolutely hate going to the gym, but I really need to start forcing myself. I do, however, enjoy Jazzercise, even though it is a bit expensive. Do any of you Jazzercise? If so, do you think it is as effective as going to the gym? Usually when I go to the gym I just end up going to a class. I'm just worried that if I cancel my gym membership, I will fail because Jazzercise doesn't have a lot of weight training, which is important in weight loss.
Any thoughts? I can't afford to be members to both unfortunately
