Healthy food ideas please...

Hello Ladies,
  I'm in search of some new recipe ideas that will help me loose a little weight before the big day.  Got any suggestions?? No fish or seafood though (hubby and I are both allergic).  I need some filling foods that'll keep me on track.  My biggest problem is the evening snacks... After a whole day of 'being good', I can't seem to help myself.  I need suppers that'll sustain me through the night, but keep me on track.  Any ideas?  I could really use your help.
