Good morning! As I sit in my office freezing to death with this damn AC!!

B- 2 eggs, light english muffin, 1/2 slice cheese, coffee
L- ???????? running late and didnt pack anything...we will see
D- grilled chicken salad

E- back and biceps....HIIT

  • Did horrible yesterday! Ugh I need to stop saying that every morning!

    b-life, coffee
    l-chobani, strawberries, and 100 cal pack cape cod chips
    d-eggs, salsa, black beans
    s- strawberries with low-fat whipped cream
    both dinner and snack depend on how I feel after the dentist tonight.

    e- 60 minutes elliptical. I must make it to the gym today!

    E: tried a new video this morning: Jillian Michaels Power Sculpt.  That's probably it for the day - packing tonight for camping trip.

    I was hangry this morning!  I wanted something a bit more solid than my normal shake, so I was going to have english muffins w/ PB and a sliced up banana.  But then I remembered that I didn't buy english muffins this week.  Fail.  So I had a bagel.  Double fail.  It was good though.

    B: Everything bagel w/ vegetable cream cheese, banana, 1C skim milk, coffee
    S: nectarine, maybe string cheese
    L: spinach w/ chicken, TWO green onions (I know, I'm a wild child), red pepper and homemade dressing
    S: almonds and maybe the morning's string cheese
    D: BBQ'd things on sticks (chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms, zucchini)

    E: rest day.  I'm in owie today.

  • Tried so hard to wake up early this AM to work out but definitely didn't happen. Invites are almost ready to go though, so I should be back to normal next week. Have been doing well with my eating though so that makes me feel better haha

    B - Special K protein shake, last breakfast egg blossom
    L - shaved chicken breast on lavash wrap w/ laughing cow, lettuce, avocado, cucumbers, and red pepper
    S - banana and string cheese (only one depending on how hungry I am)
    D - possibly pasta primavera with low fat alfredo and shrimp. Fi's not feeling great so it may change.
    S - either skinny cow or choc chip cookie dough fro-yo

    E - 35 min elliptical with arm weights

  • Argh! Its almost too hot to eat! I have to make trips out of the office during the day. Which means I go from FREEZING in the over zealous AC here to SWEATING in the '100 degree and with a zillion percent humidity' (per my UPS guy). Makes me want to gag.

    B - banana, total ceral with skim
    S - greek yogurt if I want it
    L - Salad with white beans
    S - protein shake - again, if I want it
    D - ??? Ice cubes?! Not sure yet.... maybe some carrots and hummus with my ice cubes

    E - 50 minute walk this AM... it actually wasn't too bad out when I first walked out my door.

  • Really feeling good about being back on track.

    B: 1/2 C oatmeal w/ 1 T flax seed, scrambled eggbeaters, grapefruit
    S: Raspberries + short soy latte
    L: Having lunch out, some sort of protein + veggies
    S: Vanilla protein shake w/skim milk
    D: Pesto chicken and quinoa noodles

    E: 30-45 min cardio, 1 hour weight training
  • B - egg white and cheese sandwich with veggies, coffee with ff creamer and protein powder
    S - banana
    L - carrots, hummus, watermelon
    S - protein bar
    D - probably veggie dogs and salad - something fast

    E - 1 mile walk during lunch, kickball game tonight
