Hello fellow Brides,
So glad to have stumbled across this board - if only I'd found you sooner!!
Bit about me; FI and I got engaged just under a year ago and are planning our destination wedding in Hawaii for May 19th 2011..... after 10 yrs together we figured it's time LOL. Shortly before we got engaged I took myself from a very unhealthy 150lbs (keep in mind I'm barely 5"2) to a pretty fit 130. After getting engaged and deciding on Maui the pressures of finishing off and getting to my goal weight increased for not only my wedding dress but also to be seen in a bikini by everyone who attends for the remainder of the trip

. From the very beginning I vowed I would never be the last minute bride trying to tone up right before the wedding...... alterations start in 3 wks...... I'm not where I want to be!!!! Over the course of the year I've fluctuated with stress (did I mention I'm an emotional eater LOL) but currently have got myself to 128 - only 3 little pounds from my original goal weight.
I know 3 weeks isn't a lot of time but I still have some time to get my tummy in better shape before we leave in 2 months and would love to at least say I got myself to my goal weight (less would be a bonus).
Would love to join in with you ladies to keep me focused on the eating and working out!!
