Getting in Shape

Hi Everyone!

I'm planning my wedding for next July and I would really like to lose a few pounds.  I've been trying since before I got engaged, but I'm hoping that the wedding will be a huge motivator for me.  I have just started working out with a friend three days each week.  We typically do about 20 min of cardio and 30-40 min of strength training.  It's been good so far, but I'm trying to find other things to add in so that I don't get bored with it.

This is the first board I've joined on The Knot and it seems to be super motivating which is just what I need to kick my butt into shape!
