With it being Memorial Day, I am sure most people won't be posting but I am working 8am-11pm, so figure I should stick to the daily accountability.
B: Whole wheat waffle with nutella, flax seed and strawberries. Coffee with fat free creamer.
L: Spinach and baby greens, chicken, craisins, walnuts and yogurt honey mustard. Sargento reduced fat cheese stick.
S: Either almonds or a peach greek yogurt.
TBD possibly greek salad? Not sure yet.
E: none due to the crazy work hours.
