So, I have one breakfast that I can sort of easily prepare at work which is old fashioned oats, a scoop of whey protein powder, truvia, almonds and milk. It's great, I love it but I can't eat it every day or I will get sick of it.
Do you guys have any other protein packed breakfast ideas? I need something I can prepare either in the microwave at work or with no cooking at all because I can't eat breakfast until I get to work. I suppose I could do egg substitute in the microwave? Not sure how that would turn out lol. I have a really hard time getting enough protein in my diet so any suggestions would be great.
