Getting in Shape

More Protein?

I've started tracking my calories on sparkpeople.com (thanks for the recommendation knotties!) and pretty much every day I struggle with getting enough protein.  I eat meat, but because I live by myself right now, usually I'm too lazy to remember to thaw some out beforehand and when I get home from work, I'm fine with eating a vegetarian dinner.  Unfortunately I"m not the biggest bean fan either which rules out a lot of options.  Any easy thoughts on how to add some protein to my day?
