c25k update

So last week I did two days of the Week One workouts.  The weekend was crazy, so I skipped the third day.  Today I did the first run of Week Two and I am very excited... it wasn't half as bad as I thought it would be.  I wasn't the best eater this weekend (had a ton of college friends over, etc.) but I am glad to be able to stick with the running and get back on track with eating better.  I hope everyone else is doing well, too!

    I know I feel the same way after running!  How long are the running intervals in week four??

    3 min. run, 1.5 min walk, 5 min. run, 3 min. walk, 2 sets of that. It is tough! But I absolutely love knowing that I can run for five minutes, even if I'm sucking wind after :-P. It's actually not as bad as week 3, surprisingly. I hated week three :-P.

    I just started yesterday. I will do day two tomorrow. I can feel it in my legs today! (It's been a while since I have run consistently.)
