Hey Girls!
I have been doing great with WW! I have been there for 3 weeks and lost 6 lbs! My goal is 2 a week til the wedding and I am so far meeting my goal! YAY! However, I always get so derailed before my period! I weigh in saturday and that is the day my period will start and i ham so bloated (like up five lbs bloatd!). Is this normal? Does it happen to anyone else? How do I not let it derail me />!>!
