Getting in Shape

Pre-workout snack?

So, I eat lunch around 11:30 or noonish.  I leave work at 4:30 and get home around 5:45.  I like to workout as soon as I hit the door, but I continue to run into a problem.  I'm starving by the time I get home.  I'm one of those people that has blood sugar issues, so if I don't eat something when I get hungry, I get lightheaded and whatnot.  So, most nights I end up skipping my workout because I need to eat.  I would workout after eating, but that would make me sick, and then I get too tired.  I need some ideas of something I could eat at 4ish so that I am not starving when I get home.  Any ideas?
