D- probably grilled chicken salad

E- HIIT

    Yay!  I PR'd the 5k last night (if only by 30s, it's still a PR!) but today I hurt.  Owie.

    B: Chocolate PB Banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: almonds and string cheese
    L: 6" turkey sub from Subway
    S: greek yogurt w/ honey and craisins
    D: grilled chicken on salad

    B - 2 egg white on whole wheat english muffin, boca sausage link, red & green peppers and american cheese
    S - banana
    L - multigrain cheerios in vanilla almond milk
    S - clementines or possibly Special K crisps, or both if I need the sugar
    D - crab stuffed green peppers with corn and potatoes or broccoli and cheese side
    S - either 100 cal kettle corn or skinny cow snack

    E - 35 minutes on elliptical at lunch

  • B- 1/2 c. Trader Joe's vanilla almond crunch
    S- string cheese and grapes
    L- Tuna on a whole wheat english muffin (probably with chips or something crackers, something crunchy)
    D- I don't know, but I'm going to my mom's tonight so... it could end up pretty terrible for me! :-x 

    E- 20 mins recumbent bike, 30 mins elliptical, 15 mins legs

  • last night i learned a valuable lesson: do not go grocery shopping when you're a.) hungry, and b.) pms-ing.  i was sorely tempted to buy all sorts of chocolate-bad-for-me things.  it was rough.

    b - kashi cereal, skim
    l - chicken on wheat, raw veggies
    s - apple, string cheese
    s - greek yogurt
    d - lean cuisine - honey roasted chicken
    s - something sweet.  probably too many sweets, actually.

    e - L1&2 of 30DS - jillian is kicking my butt these days, my legs are so sore.

    E - 2-3 mile run, 100 squats mixed in with crunches.

  • Missed a few days of accountablity! My work computer has moved on to a better place.... and has been replaced with a MUCH fast young one! woo hoo!

    B - Wheaties with strawberries and skim
    S- Banana, yogurt
    L - Green salad with tuna
    S - Protien shake, apple
    D - TBD - probably veggie burger with chedder and no bun (because I have none lol) and veggies.

    E - rest day most likely - maybe eliptial for 30 min if I dont get sent on a work errand.

    Wow....today i didnt wake up till 1130! All this wedding stress is getting to me!
    Today Im going to pick out my boudoir pics for my album...yayyy!!!!

    B- 1/2 cup fiber one honey clusters with vanilla yogurt and fresh berries. Coffee w/ ff cream
    L - light flat out wrap with 2pcs ff cheese, 2pcs canadian bacon, and 1 Tbsp of tostitos spinach dip
    S- vanilla sf pudding with blueberries mixed in
    D- cottage cheese wraps with broccoli/cauliflower mix on side ( sounds gross...but i take like 1/2 cup lf cottage cheese and put in on a light wrap, and put a little lettuce on it and 1 tbsp of some sort of ff salad dressing....sooo good!)
    S- sf double chocolate pudding with ff whipped cream...YUM!!!!

  • Afternoon, ladies!

    B - 1 hardboiled egg & 1/2 pb &j sandwich.  1 glass milk
    S - grapes
    L - grapes, 1 piece cheese, more grapes and 1/4 of a ham sandwich (lunch meetings SUCK)
    S - Yogurt and watermelon
    D - grilled chicken, salad and brown rice

    E - headin' the the gym soon. I don't know what I'm going to do today but at least I'll get there.
