Getting in Shape

Losing in every place but stomach and thighs. Hate this "pear" look!

Ive been working out steady for 2 weeks. (First time ive been able to work out this year due to a surgery) I do about 5 miles a day between eliptical and cycle and also do small weights. I have lost about 6 pounds and have REALLY noticed it in my arms and around my ribs. Then you look down around my waist, hips, and thighs and it looks like ive never even heard of the word gym. I have wide set hips to begin with (my measurments at my dress hunt, i was 34, 25, 41) and know that plays a big part in being wider, but that should have nothing to do with my lower belly!

Anyone know of anything to get this lower ab/thigh fat GONE?!
