  • SO happy that fresh produce is coming back in season. Great stuff at reasonable prices!

    E - 45 min walk this am. Does putting away laundry count?! I have 3 huge loads I HAVE to put away tonight... blah! I dont mind washing it, I just hate putting it away. lol

    B: Chocolate PB Banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: apple and almonds
    L: mixed field greens w/ chicken, green onion, cucumber and low fat cheese, some sort of dressing
    S: hummus and red bell pepper
    D: things on sticks (chicken, beef, peppers, onions, mushrooms) on the grill

    E: either painting/priming or tiling, or both.

  •  B a cup and a half coffee (sugar and half and half, i know its bad but can't stand milk in my coffee!)

    S carnation instant breakfast drink made with 1% milk

    E i just walked for about an hour, no clue how far. I just cranked my ipod and went up and down differnt side streets. also have to put away a HUGE basket of laundry and clean my daughter's room since it doesn't appear she is going to do it anytime soon.

  • Still sick. Feeling a little better today, but the congestion in my ears is giving me vertigo so moving around is fun :)

    B - 1 c. Special K Fruit & Yogurt in almond milk
    S - 2 clementines
    L - instant oatmeal with raisins, dates, and walnuts
    S - string cheese and cocoa roasted almonds (may not eat these, still working on an appetite)
    D- TBD, fi can't cook and I have no energy to haha

    E - rest day, trying to recuperate...

    Ive been kinda MiA lately...Ive been super stressed and busy with last minute wedding planning!

    B- yogurt w/ fiber one and fresh berries. Coffee w/ ff creamer
    L- Tuna made w/ relish and lf mayo on an english muffin
    D- grecian flatbread pizza and a glass of pinot noir
    S- sf pudding w/ choc chips mixed in topped with ff whipped cream!!!
