Getting Past the Past

So the motivation post early made me wonder how all of you have been able to get past "snarky" remarks from people close to you about your weight. Or even just bad habits of your past. I know on Biggest Loser one of the things they always stress is changing your mindset, your feelings about failure, etc, and only after you have done that, will you be able to succeed at weight loss.

Lately I have been really struggling with my weight loss and have been gaining weight back :( .....and I am falling into old habits and old patterns of feelings and behaviors. I don't think I have been able to let go of those types of things, hurtful remarks, or just "hurtful" internal battles.

Obviously, like I just said, these are internal battles, but I am just wondering if you all have any advice on moving past those feelings and truly moving into confidence that you can lose weight and it is worth it and you are worth it. I truly believe that unless a person has resolved these things, they really won't lose weight and keep it off.
