I just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and after Day 1 - I was SOOOO sore! It honestly hurt to walk the next day! I took 1 day off to try to recoup a little and did it again yesterday, even though I was still super sore. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know how I'll do it everyday for 30 days in a row. I'm thinking of doing it every other day... not sure that'll be effective, though. Thoughts?
