No problems msange, I think whoever wants to starts it!

My goals for the week are to get through my workouts.  Stage 5 of NROL4W takes a looooooong time (like, 2 hours) and while that totally kills me nights, it's only 7 more workouts.  I can get this done!

  • Gonna run in my neighborhood.  Last night did 40 minutes.  Tonight gonna do another 40 minutes until I can work myself up to an hour.

I run with my cell phone in my hand and I just run for as long as I can with a goal of doing it for 3 minutes straight.. sometimes I go longer.. and then I walk for a minute or 2 and continue the 3 minute spurt.. I try to run and not even look at my phone so that I go over 3 minutes.. I would like to run for 5 minutes straight and do a minute or 2 of walking... this interval stuff really gets me to continue working out each day because if I had to run for 20-30 min non stop I wouldnt continue my daily workouts.. so I find it easier....

    critique my work out please...

I gained about 5 or so lbs on my honeymoon and feel so chubby in my stomach and lower body a little bit too..  I still fit in my clothes so I know that it is not a huge deal.. but want to get back down..

my current running spurts are 3-4 minutes.. I would like to increase to 5 minutes for more calorie burning workout..

wat do u think of this

  • I am going to do 3 days of strength training, do a little bit of cardio every day. I am also going to try to get my mile pace down under 14 min miles ( I know its still a long mile, but hey at least I can run 4 miles straight at this pace :))

Peony: You might want to try doing the couch to 5k. That is how I started and now I can run an hour straight. I know a lot of people on this board have done it, and it is amazing for building up running stamina.

  • I had my first consultation with my personal trainer today.  I've been going to his strength class for about 6 months now but we're in the last 15 or so weeks until the wedding so here I go with one-on-one buttkicking.

He weighed me and it was the first time on a digital scale that is not my Wii Fit in a few months.  Saw a number I was not pleased with (I've been maintaining for awhile, however I'm not at my goal weight. ug. and I had gained 4-5 lbs in the last couple of weeks).

Basically, he's told me what I really need to do (clean up my act with food, totally cut out alcohol and then ease it back in after another 11 lb loss).  So, my goal for the week is to continue with my normal gym/yoga routines and hit it really hard on Friday morning at our session.  We are going to a wedding on Friday night and saying no to the alcohol is going to be SO HARD but I'm planning to just enjoy the champagne toast.

  • My goal this week is just to get my sleep schedule back on track. I'm way more tempted to slack in the gym or want to not cook when I'm tired!

  • My goal is to stick with exercise and get back on track with my eating!

I've been feeling great doing the 100 push up challenge (Week 4!) and doing at least 30 minutes of exercise 4-5 days a week. I even stopped weighing myself eveyday!

But I've definetly not been so good with food between the business trip and then this weekend, FI and I had a date day and Father's day brunch with his family. I've been hovering at about a 12lb loss for the last few weeks. I'm going to get push myself to eat more vegetables and meet my protein goals.

  • My goal is to do strength training 3 days and cardio for three days. I have also started the 100 pushup challenge and did the 1st day today. I also want to try the turbo jam cardio party #2 this week (I've been doing level 1)

I want to stay within my WW points everyday for 6 days and leave any splurging to the one day a week I take off as a free day. And I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I will finally drop under 200lbs before the 4th of july weekend!

  • My goal is to keep on track with the "Triple Challenge" I started last week as well as the regular diet and exercise routine I started last week.  It take SOOOOO MUCH effort on my part most days to get myself to do exercise but I know I like how I feel when I'm keeping on track. I slacked off this past weekend a little bit when we went camping so I need to amp it back up again b/c I did good all throughout last week.

  • I met my first goal today, which was to run 5 miles without break...I haven't done this in over a year.
My other goal is no drinking during the week.
