I have lost 10 pounds since Feb. 21st! I thought I would never get there. I have spent a lot of time at a plateau. Then I read about myfitnesspal on this board and starting tracking exercise and calories. It told me I was in starvation mode. As soon as I started eating the recommended amount, I started losing again. Thank you. This board has been a big inspiration!. Now on the the next 10 pounds.
