Ok, so I am wearing a backless dress for our wedidng and was wondering what are some good workouts for your back to get it toned? I have heard that push ups are good. Any suggestions? TIA!

    lat pull downs, upright rows, pushups, tricep dips, tricep kickbacks, pullups, shoulder raises, shoulder press, bench press. This will help more than just your back.
