For those who are looking for an awesome workout but are not up for P90X yet....I am currently obsessed with Chalean Extreme! I just started month 3 and have toned up so much.
The workouts are between 28-48 minutes throughout the whole system. Shorter reps with higher weights.
If you're on My Fitness Pal there is a whole board of people who do it as well.
