Sorry if this is a repost.
Just bought the program and I am already having trouble. I need more structure than what the "diet" provides....the infinite meal planner just makes it too difficult to make meals.
Has any one used or is using this program? I'd love to know how you're doing and what you're eating. Maybe if I had some sample meal plans I could get myself motivated. I'm a Type A on the program. What food combinations have worked for you? Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. You can either reply here or send me an email at
