6 Week Body Makeover?

Sorry if this is a repost.

Just bought the program and I am already having trouble.  I need more structure than what the "diet" provides....the infinite meal planner just makes it too difficult to make meals. 
Has any one used or is using this program? I'd love to know how you're doing and what you're eating.  Maybe if I had some sample meal plans I could get myself motivated. I'm a Type A on the program.  What food combinations have worked for you? Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.     Well I never tried that system but I am a PT and nutritionist! What do you enjoy eating now and how much do you exercise.

    Rule of thumb--- anything that is fresh is fair game! Basically, walk around the edge of the grocery store and dont bother walking up and down aisles! Thats where the trouble starts. Once you get that, then its portion control... small meals every 2-3 hours to get your metabolism going... basically the more you move and the moe you eat... the more you burn! You metabolism is your furnace.... just like you have in your house. The more you do... the more it works! Hope that helps- anything else feel free to ask!
  • Along with the dietary intake....don't forget to move.  You really should be moving 5days a week and the closer you are to 45minutes to an hour...the better off you're going to be.  If that's a bit much at first, start with 3x/week for 30 minutes and the next week add a 4th day, etc. 
  • I did this plan and actually lost 60 pounds.  I honestly thought it was the best program I've ever tried.  What body type are you?  What are you eating now and what are you having trouble with regarding preparing meals?  I would love to give you some advice if you can explain a little better...
