Made my own protein bars

They're not bad! I'm sure I'll get better with practice. I haven't figured out exact calories yet, but I have WW points calculations. I just used what was in my house. Here's my recipe if you want:

1 c uncooked instant oatmeal
1 c fiber one cereal, original
1/4 c ground flaxseed meal
...2 T shredded coconut
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1/4 c honey
2/3 c peanut butter, creamy
1/2 c fat free evaporated milk
2 T mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix together until the consistency is similar to a thick cookie dough. Line an 8X8 pan with wax paper & press mixture evenly across the bottom.

Melt 2 T mini chocolate chips in the microwave & mix with 1 tsp of evaporated milk until slightly runny. Drizzle over the entire pan. Freeze for 2+ hours & cut into 12 large bars, or 24 two-bite sized bars. Wrap each bar individually in wax paper & place in a freezer bag. Eat the bars chilled in the freezer.

The large bars are 4 WW points. The smaller ones are 2 points.
