Best way to tone your arms?

Can you me any suggstions for the best excercises to tone your arms?

    I've found that some of the basics are the best. Here's what I usually do (12 of each, 2-3 sets):
    -shoulder raises (to the side)
    -bicep curls (half-time, so raise the weights halfway for one count, then to your shoulders, and back down the same way)
    -overhead extension
    -bicep curls (normal, alternating arms)
    -tricep kickback

    You can find info on how to do all of these by searching online.

    I use 5-8 pound weights. Once the routine starts to get easy, I either add another set or increase the weight.
  • Pushups are great too because even though they primarily work the chest, they work the triceps and shoulders secondarily, not to mention your core! You get a lot of bang for your buck doing those! Just make sure to keep your back straight, don't stick your butt up.
