Is it true that 29 points is the lowest daily allowance you can get? Has anyone thought of aiming lower? I was thinking of trying out 27, thoughts?

  • Morning!  I'm down 2.4 this week, which helps to make up for last week's 0.2. 

    Kmengini-I'm pretty sure that I read that 29 is the lowest number of points with the new system.  I would experiment with using fewer weekly points or activity points before lowering your daily points.  But... I will say that even on the old system, I would sometimes use fewer points on some days knowing that I'd make them up the next day or over the weekend.  You'll have to play with it and see what works for you.  If you feel that your body isn't getting enough food to fuel your daily life and workouts though, definitely don't drop your points.

  • Morning! It's raining here too! I'm trying to wean myself off caffiene. I'm also going to be re-joining my meetings on Saturdays. My wonderful supportive DH told me it's worth the money if it's important to me. And I didn't even ask! Awwww :)

  • Good morning everyone...so I am going to write in another post about how many points my dinner was last night...I didn't have time to write things down so I guessed!!

    D: don't know yet....FI plays softball so maybe subway or something else i can wrangle up at home
