I am not overweight, but have that 'belly pooch" to get rid of. I am a runner so I do get my cardio in. I stay away from carbs and sugars (and have all around good diet). I currently do not weight strengthen. A few questions:
1. Would a stronger core help get rid of this pooch? If so, is yoga best for this?
2. Would you recommend Jillian's 30 Day Shred to remove the belly?
