It's a 6 week program that has you doing pushups 3 days a week. Based on how many pushups you can do at the start there are different levels to follow, with periodic tests to see how you're doing.

Can't do a single, full pushup? No worries, there are plenty of ways to modify to make it possible. However, instead of doing "girl" pushups on your knees, keep your core fully engaged by doing them on an incline (see "bench" or "wall" pushups from the
what is a pushup? page in the link above).
BONUS: At the end of the 6 week program, for all those that have made it through, there will be one person's name drawn to win a prize! You don't have to make it all the way to 100 pushups to qualify, you just have to stick with the program.
Some people started the challenge at the beginning of this week, so we'll probably run the full challenge for an extra week for those that are only starting now.
And, this is something that's easy to get your S/O involved in. I mean, challenge a guy to do 100 pushups? He'll be on that in an instant! Also, its great to be able to have someone watch your form so you don't get injured.
