Hi, ladies!!!
I'm signing up for my first 5k in November. I'm so nervous

Luckily, it's more of a fun run, so I won't feel bad if I don't finish quickly. I figured it'd be a good way to keep me accountable while I prepare for my wedding next May. I haven't been doing very well since the wedding seems so far away

Any advice/tips while I'm training?
