if i could, i would recommend a pill called soloslim. im taking it now actually. ive lost 20lbs in 3 months. there are no side effects that i have had. alot of ppl said dry mouth. Afreind of mine said she got super cotton mouth, but i have had ZERO side effects! it really does make you not hungry if thats the issue..and makes u crave water. drink lots of it! maybe thats y i havent had dry mouth lol i dont know! but if ur interested..check out the reveiws and such.
