Okay, so I bought 30 day shred a few weeks ago, just before moving so it was thrown in a box until tonight. I tried level 1 and thought I was going to die. That thing really kicked my butt way more than I expected. I'm also embarassed to admit that I could do more pushups at 14 than I can at 24. I told FI he couldn't watch, so when I was done I went in the other room and told him he has to try it tomorrow.
For those of you who do/have done 30ds, how long were you on level 1? How frequently did/do you do it? Results?
