Cheat Days?

My FI and me have been trying to diet since we got engaged about 6 months ago. We were mainly just maintaining our weight but we finally got motivated and found a diet/exercise routine that is working for us. During the week we do great and feel great. The problem is every weekend were tempted to have a cheat meal which turns into a cheat day and sometimes an entire weekend of eating bad. I had a baby 18 months ago and prior to him I could do things like this and still lose weight but now I immediately gain all the weight back. I still have about 15 lbs of baby weight I would really love to take off and I'm starting to panic. I like the idea of having a meal to eat what you want so I don't feel deprived but I hate the slippery slope it causes. Do any of you have "cheat days" or anything like that? How do you control it if you do?
