Getting in Shape

WW points left over

I get a really high daily target.  Yesterday I had 3 points left over.
Today I have 9.  Has this ever happened to anyone?

Here's a breakdown:
B-7 coffee, greek yogurt and berries w/ tbs of honey
L-10- Left over pasta from dinner and 2 peaches
D- 11- Turkey chili, brown rice and sour cream

I'm almost positive that my calculations are accurate because I weighed or measured everything that has gone into my mouth.  

My target is 37.

  • It hasn't happened to me, but that does feel like a lot of points in a day. I would recommend adding in foods that are good for you, but higher in points.  A perfect example is almonds.  They are a great part of a daily diet, but one serving (15 almonds) is 3 points.  Avocados are another healthy, high-point food.

    If you are going to meetings, I would suggest checking in with your leader to let them know you are struggling to fill your daily points.  You might also consider eating snacks between meals, or mini-meals during the day.
