Setting goals

I realized that I have no idea what to set as a goal for myself. I don't think I want to set a goal weight because I don't actually care what the number on the scale says, I just want to look and feel good.  But then I also don't want to do that visualization goal where you find pictures of models or whatever that you want to look like, because I know that every body is different and I may not look like someone else does even at my best. 

So, I would like a way to measure progress and be able to feel accomplished, which is pretty hard without a goal. What are some tips/ what do you do?
