Getting in Shape

Hi, I'm new to GIS board! I'm trying not to put a number on how much I want to weigh.. more of a feeling. I want to feel beautiful and sexy and have that confidence I used to. I'm hoping to get down to 152. That was the weight I weighed my senior year of college when I was playing volleyball and working out everyday. I'm very muscular but a lovely layer of fat is now on top. =o) I think it will be hard for me since I am used to SO much activity and now... I'm at a desk... all day. I eat O.K. but of course it could be better! Here's to my new journey and well wishes to all of you! <cheers>
