Getting in Shape

just went vegetarian...

about a month ago. i've always struggled with my weight (i don't look overweight, but the scale says otherwise), and i'm sure like every other bride, i want to look my very best on my big day. this whole vegetarian diet has me actually gaining weight (i havent weighed myself for about a week or two now, but the first two weeks i definitely put on a couple pounds). i've been staying away from the meat substitues because theyre mainly carbs and starches... but, siiigh. i eat healthier than anyone i know... not even just the vegetarian diet, but just in general.

i swear my body has a thing against me :(. i work two jobs, so finding the time to work out is difficult. but even working out doesnt help me! i had a trainer for 2 months, and while i looked better and more toned, the scale didnt even flinch. i know the whole muscle weighs more than fat, but, its definitely discouraging to not see any change there.

hopefully i'll figure out my secret soon. it'd be nice to get a grip of this body of mine before i start packing on the love pounds. haha.
