Getting in Shape

goals for the week

hi girls, i've been slacking on doing this, so i'm going to make a conscious effort to remember from now on!

who has goals for this week? mine are - to work out every day, and not to eat anything after dinner because it just opens a can of worms.

your turn!

Re: goals for the week

  • I started P90X this week-so my goals are to stick with it and do the best I can with the workouts.  I also NEED to stick with WW.  Not use my flex and activity points-because I don't drop weight when I do.  I also need to take the time to make good lunches and not just grab stuff, because even if it's within my points, it's not as healthy as it could be.

  • my goal for the week: get back on that horse!  after a LONG BUSY month, I am revamping my diet, and going for round xxx (thousand?) on weight loss.  i have 10 more pounds to go, and i am going to start running again after a long break, start lifting weights, and get in as good of shape as i can!

    eat healthy, with no cheating
do arms/back; legs/abs every other day
start running, hopefully get past 1.5 miles on the treadmill
clock serious gym time every night!

  • Get myself re-focused!
These past two weeks have been SO busy, I just want to get back to the gym! Tomorrow and at least 2 other days this week, to start getting back in the swing of things. Plus start 100 pushups again.

  • I'm trying to stay on the wagon.

30 day shred x3 (morning) and running or biking x3 (after work).  Also I want to find a Zumba class... I didn't know how much fun that was until I tried it.

  • My goals: Don't go over 1500 calories and to workout 5 days this week.

    My goals this week are:

    * Continue tracking my foods and make sure I stay within my calorie range
    * Stick with doing my perfect pushups (4 days)
    * Walk 20 mins. per day
  • My goals for the week are:

Eat healthy every day. Overcome the challenge of eating out that usually happens when I go home.
Work out every day. I am working to burn 500 calories a night. I have plenty of time to work out, it's just a matter of going.
    Besides cardio, add some weights.

  • My goals for the week are to lose at least 3 lbs - I want to walk everynight and do my yoga video, as well as eat more veggies and limit my overall calories.
  • @msagne this is a great idea, but this week is going to be so nuts for me, so I'll play next week :) lol
  • *Track everything I eat
*Stick to my meal plan for the week
*Keep up with my P90X workouts all week
  • Keep up my gym workouts (I've done 3 weeks so far which is usually much longer than I try a workout plan for!) and increase my water intake!

    1500 calories a day

    Wish me luck!!

  • Track everything I eat.
    Stay within my points
work out 5 days this week
  • My dress is pretty much finished with being altered and taken in so I'm just going to use this week to get back to basics.  I want to spend as much time as I can on my yoga practice and use my time in the gym constructively.  Being essentially done with the dress gives me a new attitude toward just wanting to feel good with my eating and working out.

Last week I was out of town at the last minute and spent most of my time in the hospital waiting room with my family.  I'm going through some stuff that's been really hard for me and I am looking forward to the stress relief that yoga and weights will bring me.
