Getting in Shape

I actually exercised.

First time I worked out, for the purpose of working out, in possibly years.

I used to hike a lot, but moved and haven't been much in the past year.

But todaaaay I rode the bike for 20 minutes, did 75 crunches, and a couple other old favorites.

The first step is the hardest, so yay!
