In the last 6 or so weeks I've been doing great with my eating- I don't count calories too strictly but I try to eat around 1500 calories or so. I've lost 5 pounds so far... and I feel motivated to continue, but I am really frustrated with my scale! A couple days ago it says I lost 7 pounds and today it is back to 5. I know the body has normal fluctuations and all of that but it is getting a bit old!
Anybody else have the same frustrations?
