B - 1/3 c. egg whites w/ 2 slices ham, 2 T mozzarella & 5 ripped up spinach leaves on multigrain english muffin
S1 - orange
E1 - elliptical HIIT/ab workout
L - 3 mini pitas w/ 3 T plain hummus and 3 T salsa
S2 - Dole tropical fruit bowl
E2 - 45 minutes of Zumba
D - crock pot stuffed pepper w/ salad
S3 - 100 calorie popcorn
