Getting in Shape

Just started C25K!

Hey everyone!
  I just downloaded the Couch to 5k podcasts onto my iphone and I'm getting ready to go out on my first run.  I used to run sporadically, whenever I was in the mood and needed to burn off steam. But I've never actually tried to run consistently to get in shape.  I'll let you all know how it goes.  I really hope I can keep it up!
